Technical professions for women

Choosing an apprenticeship often means choosing much more than a profession: it means finding a path that suits you.
At Willemin-Macodel, we do our utmost to make this stage a rich, formative and deeply human experience. You’ll explore modern technical professions, accessible to all, in a clean, innovative environment.
Girl or boy: no difference. What really counts is your motivation. For many years, we have been training between 20 and 30 apprentices over 3 or 4 years, in a spirit of equality and respect. Successful completion of the CFC opens up excellent prospects for technician or engineer studies.
Our apprentices’ experiences bear witness to this. Kelly, for example, discovered her calling with us. Initially a little lost at compulsory school, it was while tinkering with her father that she opened up to the world of technology. After several internships, she began an apprenticeship as a polymechanic at Willemin-Macodel. Thanks to the excellent supervision provided by our training center, she gained confidence, found her place and obtained her CFC. She then chose to pursue a second apprenticeship as an industrial designer.
Twelve years later, she is still working at Willemin-Macodel, designing solutions for customers all over the world. As her story proves, daring can change your life, as Objectif-Emploi points out in its article : A vocation revealed by practice.
At Willemin-Macodel, you’ll benefit from committed trainers, a dedicated technical training center and a stimulating working environment. These benefits are designed to help you grow, but above all to support you on your way to a sustainable career.
