IR-100F
The IR-100F robotic cell is a custom-built solution developed by Willemin-Macodel when standard solutions do not fully meet production requirements. Designed around the customer’s manufacturing process, it can integrate multiple machines, whether from Willemin-Macodel or other manufacturers, connected through a robotic system and computer-based supervision.
The cell automates the entire production workflow, from part loading to additional operations such as measurement, cleaning, inspection and laser marking. The robotic system also handles fixture management, automatic setup changeovers and data exchange with existing ERP, MES or supervisory systems.
